Dr. Christine Salvo is a dedicated veterinarian with over two decades of experience in companion animal care. A proud Louisiana native, she completed both her undergraduate and veterinary degrees at Louisiana State University, graduating with honors from LSU School of Veterinary Medicine in 2001.
Dr. Salvo grew up in the vibrant city of New Orleans and brings that same warmth and energy to her veterinary practice. Her professional interests include internal medicine, dermatology, cardiology, and client education, and she is known for her compassionate approach and commitment to high-quality, individualized care.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Salvo enjoys life in Tampa with her husband, the Head of School at St. Mary’s, and their daughter. Their home is filled with the joyful chaos of beloved pets: two rescue dogs, Hannah and Chief, a golden retriever named Louise, and a spirited tabby cat named Bean. She finds peace walking her dogs through Beach Park neighborhood and joy in attending music festivals and concerts.
